| The following steps
will take you through the entire process, from start to finish.
Step 1 – Fill out the web
quote form. This form will provide us with information
about your company and your project requirements.
Step 2 – Our account manager will receive the form
you submitted and will evaluate your needs. They will respond
to you within 24 hours and will answer any questions or requests
that you may have included with your order form.
Step 3 – You and your account manager will continue
ongoing communication in order to complete a thorough analysis
of your needs. Your account manager will also clarify any
questions or concerns that you may have. At this time, you
will also be requested to place a deposit towards the cost
of the project.
Step 4 – We will develop the first draft of your website
within 48 hours. At this time, you will provide us with feedback
regarding the draft and any changes you would like made. Based
on your suggestions, if changes are needed, we will revise
the draft and provide you with a second draft.
Due to the experience and the skills of our designers, your
project is likely to only require 2 drafts. However, if for
some reason you are still unsatisfied with the second draft,
we will provide a 3rd draft to ensure your satisfaction. This
is when the project is passed on to the head of our Marketing
and Design department. If they cannot meet your expectations
at this stage, 80 percent of your project cost will be refunded
within 24 hours.
Step 5 – Once your layout has been finalized, we will
begin setting up the client area of your website on our server
so you will be able to track your website’s progress
online. As the changes are uploaded to the server, you will
receive an email notifying you. We will be sure to integrate
all of the content that you send us and will make changes
as you request them.
Step 6 – Once everything is set, we will request the
final payment of your website. Once payment is received, we
will publish your site to the web and will then move into
the maintenance phase of your project.
